Chicago-Kent Research Paper Series No. 4

The Chicago-Kent Research Paper Series (RPS) is an SSRN ejournal publication, distributed monthly, that highlights abstracts, works in progress, and published articles by Chicago-Kent faculty. 

The fourth edition of the RPS--featuring articles by David Schwartz, Dan Tarlock, Adrian Walters, William Birdthistle, and Henry Perritt--was distributed today.
