Gerber Elected VP of ASCL

David Gerber, distinguished professor and Co-Director of the Program in International and Comparative Law, was elected vice-president of the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) at the organization's annual meeting in October. Read the full story here.

Professor Gerber has written extensively on comparative law, antitrust law, and international regulation of markets. He is the author of Law and Competition in Twentieth Century Europe (Oxford University Press  1998) and Global Competition: Law, Markets and Globalization (Oxford University Press 2010).
